Each engineer takes a part of it from the first commit through handover. You make decisions for that work and see it through. That responsibility starts with your role, without waiting for promotion.
You work directly with decision makers.
Nobody sits between the people building and those deciding. Our directors join reviews and read pull requests. When something breaks, they take the call from the client themselves.
We assess the work you deliver.
We do not count hours or tickets. We check that your work functions properly and that the next person can understand it. We also consider whether the client would hire your team again.
You can challenge a bad requirement.
Accepting it politely still produces bad software if the team cannot push back. We hire you for your judgment and expect you to use it.

You first speak with a director or practice lead. If there is a fit, you meet your prospective team next.
In the technical round, we discuss a real piece of work that the team is currently doing.
We share our decision either way and explain the reasons behind it clearly.
You start work on a live system with a buddy to support you and complete your first handover within the first month.
